LogLinear Group employed Continuous Wave (CW) acoustics to discriminate between human and animal forms based solely on sensor returns.  Articulated models were generated and used to produce CW return signals.  Human movement models yielded results consistent with measured radar and sonar data collected by the National Center for Physical Acoustics at the University of Mississippi.

Key Elements

  • Simple CW sensors
  • Generated design modeling congruent with real-world data
  • Success of human / animal discrimination
